Position Overview:
iTrend Holding Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our CEO and executive team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess exceptional multitasking abilities, and have a deep understanding of executive office operations.
We seek someone who can communicated with our clientel in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Assist the CEO and executive team in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Communication Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Ensure all logistical aspects of meetings are efficiently handled.

Travel Arrangements:** Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for the CEO and other executives as needed.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other
documents. Ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Office Management: Oversee the organization of the executive office, including maintaining files, ordering supplies, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Project Assistance: Support various projects as needed, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
Ad hoc Tasks: Provide additional administrative support as required by the CEO and executive team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or arelated field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
