Oracle Xstore - Product Manager

As a Retail Product manager, you will work closely with the Business and Engineering teams to develop new products. Should have executed large Retail product development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of exp in Retail Product development.
- Manages, plans and coordinates the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.
- Determines reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements considering priority, customer needs, financial limitations, staffing requirements and availability of resources.
- Develops sales forecasts and implements pricing schedules that provide revenue and margins growth while remaining competitive in the market.
- Analyze the business model and determine loopholes and areas that needs development, strong exposure towards requirement gathering and drafting user stories is must.
- Exposure in Oracle retails/Oracle Xstore towards Enhancing Customer Experience, streamlining operations, Data-Driven decision marking, Optimizing pricing strategies and compliance and security.
- Ability to Analyze on Oracle retails/Oracle Xstore to understand business benefits and provided analyzed report to leadership.
