We are NOW HIRING an experienced Chef Manager to join our Delta Sky Club (SFO) culinary team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, dynamic company. We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager committed to quality operations every day. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operations.

Salary- $75,000-$80,000 *based on skill, experience, and work history
The lounge is open from 4:00 AM -12:30 AM - 365 days a year
Based on a 50-hour work week - Open availability is required
Please note, that this is an on-site role based at the airport.
Experience in Fine Dining and/or VIP Clubs is HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Key Responsibilities:

Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering, and receiving
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
Possesses a passion for sustainability

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
Three years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Experience with exposition cooking is needed
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
ServSafe certification is a plus
