We are a well established General Contractor with a very strong backlog and are looking to find a talented Construction Project Manager who enjoys and has a passion for finishing projects and ensuring we finish stronger than we began.
Our client experience is our #1 deliverable. There is nothing worse than the final weeks and days of finishing a project. This unique opportunity will work with our entire company and all projects and clients to be certain we finish projects strong and all issues and punch list items are scheduled and completed prior to close out and project transition to the client.
This requires and exceptionally talented Construction Project Manager who has patience & urgency, attention to detail, resourceful, creative, inspirational, motivational, caring and can persuade, encourage and hold trade partners accountable to ensure deliverables are met on time and the work is done with absolute precision.
Desired Experience
- 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- Detail oriented
- Competencies in Construction Scheduling and Value Engineering
- Experience driving punch lists for clients
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Can work effectively in teams of various sizes
