We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with small contract proposals such as land plans, concept studies, renderings, etc.
- Support the President in meeting preparation, including gathering meeting content, compiling meeting content and printing content.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and break room supplies.
- Support timekeeping process using the Deltek system.
- Review and support expense reporting process.
- Assist with the maintenance of architectural licenses and renewals.
- Work in collaboration with the front desk provide breaks, meals, phone screening and greet guests.
- Assist with various projects as needed.

Location: This is an in-person role that reports to our office in Dallas Monday through Friday.
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Physical Demands: This role is expected to regularly move about the office, perform computer work, regularly handle phone calls and may be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
