Executive Assistant to CEO, Family Office Specialist, Dallas, Texas/Hybrid
Our client, an entrepreneurial organization that provides bespoke solutions to family offices, is looking for a “right hand” Executive Assistant to support the Founder and executive team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment, is very detail-oriented and a problem- solver. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who describes themselves as having an entrepreneurial spirit and is tech and social media savvy. This role is 1 or 2 days in their office per week depending on what’s going on.
About the Job:
Support the Founder as a “right hand” with all day-to-day matters including managing an ever- changing calendar, prioritizing meetings and speaking engagements and understanding the ramifications when making changes to the calendar.
Handle other administrative work for the executive team, as needed
Prioritize emails and craft responses on the Founders behalf
Organize and manage domestic travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
Interact with Executive team as well as external clients
Prepare Founder for internal, and client meetings including research and needed collateral materials
Plan events and dinners
Expense reporting
Ad hoc projects including an interest in exploring and setting up new systems for higher efficiencies
Off hour availability via cell within reason

About You:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a high- level c-suite executive, preferably in a start-up environment or a small law firm
Bachelor’s Degree
Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker and problem solver who can anticipate needs
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An entrepreneurial spirit with a warm engaging personality
