Job Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will be responsible for managing FP&A activities within the organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting & forecasting processes, conducting variance analysis, and providing high-level financial reporting to support effective decision-making. The Analyst will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that our financial goals align with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification, to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
- Create and manage rolling forecasts, incorporating inputs from various departments and adjusting for changes in the business environment.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis on key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, NetSuite and accounting software
