This role involves providing comprehensive legal services related to healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional Expertise: Lead and manage healthcare-related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert legal advice on healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant federal and state laws.
