LHH is partnering with an AmLaw50 firm in Washington, DC to add a Patent Litigation Associate to their team.
- Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Patent Litigation.
- Technical Background is required. Ideally in EE/CS.
- JD required.
- Prior experience at a law firm, ideally AmLaw firm, is required.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Litigate high-tech patent disputes in US district court and before the US International Trade Commission (ITC); challenge and defend patents in post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); and counsel clients on IP issues that arise during commercial transactions.
