What you will do :
We're looking for people who are inspired by great food and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding experiences for our Pei Wei guests. We want you to love what you do and inspire others to become Pei Wei fans! As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand person to the General Manager. In this role, you'll help to manage the restaurant team and ensure operations are running smoothly when the General Manager is not present. You'll oversee both hospitality and culinary functions and ensure Pei Wei operational standards are being met. You'll train new hires and continue to coach and develop all team members.
What you need to have :
- 2 years experience as a manager or supervisor within the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or GED
