Immigration law firm in Dallas, TX is searching for an entry level associate attorney looking to pursue a career in immigration law and family law.
This position will consist of working under supervision of family law attorney and work alongside immigration attorneys.
Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in immigration court, state court or before government agencies such as USCIS
· Actively review and manage caseload of family and immigration cases
· Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
· Research and develop case information and evidence
· Advise clients on legal matters
· Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
· Licensed as an attorney by the State of Texas
· No prior experience required: entry level position
· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have excellent writing skills
