Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Partner to join their practice in Dallas, Texas. The group provides strategic advice and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients, guiding them through the complexities of data protection, technology transactions, capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in a variety of industries, including Gaming, Manufacturing, REITs, Health Care, Energy, and more.
- Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic business planning.
- Provide expert counsel on tax planning, executive compensation, corporate governance, and ESG investments.
- Oversee the protection and promotion of clients' intellectual property, including trademarks and inventions, both domestically and internationally.
- Advise clients on real estate transactions, including developments, acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar membership in good standing.
- Extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, tax planning, and intellectual property.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading complex transactions.
- Experience in advising clients in industry-specific contexts such as Gaming, Health Care, or Energy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
