As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights and recommendations will help shape the strategic direction of their projects and ensure successful outcomes.
How You Make An Impact:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process maps.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support testing, training, and implementation activities.
- Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
What You Have Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (Jira, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
