Position Overview:
In this role, the Commercial Loan Officer will be instrumental in fostering relationships with both existing and potential clients, collaborating with a diverse set of professionals, and ensuring seamless transactions for every deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Proactively engage with property owners to discuss their refinancing and acquisition financing needs.
- Broker Relations: Initiate and nurture relationships with sales brokers, ensuring open communication lines and alignment with Terrydale Capital’s objectives.
- Transaction Management: Dispatch detailed proposals for active on-market transactions to relevant parties.
- Loan Origination: Identify and cultivate loan opportunities, taking them from initiation to closure on the client's behalf.
- Post-Transaction Client Relations: Engage with clients even after financing closes, ensuring lasting relationships and potential future collaborations.
Desired Qualifications:
- A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Commercial Real Estate Experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an innate ability to present ideas coherently and persuasively.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously.
- An adept team player with an exemplary focus on detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
