The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and oversea office operations, answer phones, greet guests, and preform back up administrative duties. Range:
$100,000-120,000 base range + bonus + generous benefits
Responsibilities
- Managing the office and conference rooms
- Overseeing stock of office supplies
- Expense reports
- Act as back up to administrative team preforming calendar management and expense reports
- Assisting with events
- Answering the main phone line
- Greeting all guests
- Liaising with vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in finance or fast-paced corporate environment prefered
- Able to represent the team with professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
