Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PTC Change Analyst:
- Review and process all change requests to ensure thoroughness, prioritization, scheduling, and compliance with the PTC Change Management Process within the BMC Remedy ITSM Application.
- Assist with updating and maintaining Change Management templates, system user access, and training users on the use of Change Management tools and processes.
- Provide first level support for general change management questions and processing of requests.
- Prepare and communicate weekly change broadcasts and communications to the Change community.
- Build strong relationships with PTC stakeholders.
Required Skills for PTC Change Analyst:
- Basic understanding of information technology principles, mid-tier applications, database, and telecommunications systems.
- Experience with ITIL centric change management processes and tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Change Management tools such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow is preferred.
