Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual with a strong tax or finance background to join the team as the Wealth Management Relationship Manager. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience who is looking to grow their career from an entry-level position into a leadership role over time. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the financial advisory team to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Leverage your tax/finance expertise to provide strategic advice and optimize clients’ financial situations
- Assist with planning and preparation while gradually transitioning into a more advisory-focused role
- Participate in client meetings offering insights and building relationships to support their financial goals
- Work closely with senior management to grow into the Director of Financial Planning role, with potential to pursue a CFP designation
- Provide support for the firm’s internal financial processes with minimal focus on business development
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting/tax or finance with some client interaction
- Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA preferred
- Strong desire to move into a strategic advisory role.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility to manage a hybrid work schedule.
- Local to the area with availability to attend in-office meetings and client appointments as needed
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
- Driven to develop into a Director of Financial Planning
Compensation
- $90,000-110,000 base salary with bonus opportunities (total compensation: $130,000-150,000)
