Job description
We are looking for a high energy, positive attitude, people person who loves dealing and interacting with customers. This person needs to be able to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately. We have a fast-paced environment with significant telephone and walk-in interruptions. Candidates must have great computer skills including navigating internet browsers, typing, and the ability to learn new computer systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve answering phone calls, handling client billing issues, fact-finding for new quote opportunities, data entry for new quote prospects, and working with clients rounding out accounts. Skills
- Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BS degree
- P & C Insurance License
