Job Description:
The Director of Revenue for UPA International, PPA Tour, and MLP is responsible for driving revenue growth through sponsorships, ticketing, and media coordination. This role involves developing and executing strategies to maximize financial performance and establish strong partnerships with sponsors and media entities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, focusing on sponsorships, ticket sales, and media partnerships.
- Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities and maintain relationships with existing sponsors.
- Oversee ticketing operations, including pricing strategies and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate media rights and partnerships, ensuring broad and effective coverage of events.
- Collaborate with international groups and internal teams to align revenue strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Innovate and explore new revenue streams to support the growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue management, sponsorship, or related roles.
- Proven track record in securing sponsorships and managing media partnerships.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of the sports industry, particularly pickleball, is highly desirable
