We are looking for a motivated attorney who is an excellent writer, a strong communicator and has a desire for professional growth. Interested candidates must have 5+ years of Civil litigation experience and be licensed to practice in California.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
- Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, motions, and position letters;
- Conduct written discovery, facilitate document productions;
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in arbitrations and mediations;
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing;
- Interact with clients.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of Civil litigation and/or Transportation litigation experience;
- Licensed to practice law in California in good standing;
- J.D. from an accredited law school;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting; and
- Desire for professional growth.
