Aspire Therapies is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat children with potential developmental delays in our clinic setting located in Bartlett. The successful candidate will report directly to the key member of the ownership team (she's an OT also) with regards to patient progress, parent/caregiver issues, successful or less than successful treatments, scheduling issues etc... Combined with commercial insurances, Aspire is also contracted with Tennessee Early Intervention Services (TEIS) to provide Occupational Therapy to children in our community. The ability to report on patient visits both verbally and electronically in a timely manner is an imperative job skill in this position. This person will also supervise COTAs to the extent that they will oversee scheduling, patient progress, as well as any other relevant issues with regards to patient care. A Master's Degree is required for this position. Please be a Certified Occupational Therapist when applying (or soon to be certified). New graduates are encouraged to apply.
