Requirement:

Analyzing current processes to find areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks.
BPAs need to be able to communicate effectively with both the business and development sides, and they should have advanced research skills. They should also be able to consider factors such as technology integration, regulatory compliance, and the impact of changes on organizational.
4+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry).
High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Banking Sector.
Highly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of Change Management principals.
Experience with the identification of operational controls.
Experience with research of Banking regulations.
