Material Coordinator Contractor
This position will support manufacturing execution in the electrical controls department
- Support electrical controls assembly area by moving, tracking, and counting production orders
- Move parts and paperwork from manufacturing area to warehouse to ensure timely inventory transactions and accuracy
- Cycle count production order inventory and identify any physical and systematic shortages
- Collaborate with warehouse team to locate shortages
- Work with materials planner to feed assembly area with production orders that support the production schedule
- Create warehouse tasks in ERP to pull production orders and shortages
Skills/Requirements
- Forklift certified
- 3 years' experience in warehousing or manufacturing area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP preferred, i.e. SAP, Oracle
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
