Patent Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years of patent litigation experience and as background in electrical engineering, software computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Candidates with experience in trial, depositions, expert reports, and discovery, PTAB/IPR and ITC. Law firm experience and patent bar membership preferred.
Candidates must be licensed in jurisdiction of practice.
At least three years of patent litigation experience.
