As a Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming our pharmacy operations, driving excellence across multiple locations. You’ll be the key player in ensuring our pharmacies run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. You will lead, inspire, and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple pharmacy locations within your region, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize inventory management.
- Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy managers and their teams to exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new programs, services, and initiatives that enhance patient experience and drive business growth.
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and patient care.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving continuous optimization and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote our pharmacy services.
- Lead regional audits and inspections, implementing corrective actions and improvements as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in pharmacy management, with a track record of success in overseeing multiple locations or regions.
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Operations Savvy: Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Innovative Mindset: Ability to think strategically, embrace innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
