Position Available: Project Safety Advisor

Ideal Candidate Profile: Seasoned safety professional with a robust background in construction safety management and experience climbing wind turbines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of related construction experience as a full-time Health and Safety Manager.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), (CRSP), or equivalent level of construction experience, training, and management skills.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety hazards and controls for large construction projects.
- Fit for and able to climb wind towers.
- Working at Heights and Climb Rescue Training.
- OSHA training or Train the Trainer credentials.
- First Aid/CPR/AED trained.
- Experience in the construction and maintenance of 2.3 MW Siemens Gamesa wind turbines.
Start Date: 11/15/2024
Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: 7 am- 5 pm, 6 days/ week
