Responsibilities
- 6+ years of professional PM experience
- Development/programmer background is a BIG plus.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience is a HUGE plus.
- Need experience as a Scrum Master.
- PMO Blocking and Tackling (PMO Reports, Clarity, Stage/Gates, Processes)
- Alignment Meeting Preparation and Presentation
- Scrum Master – Facilitates Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Retrospective), Advocate and Coach for appropriate Agile and Scrum Practices
- Keeps the Score and makes it Visible for the team (Sprint Burndown, Velocity Charts (Committed/Delivered by Sprint, Epic Progress, Release Burndowns)
- Chief Impediment Remover for team (ensures external impediments removed for team, encourages team collaboration on resolution of internal impediments)
- Works with patient teams, and external teams to project dates of internally initiated efforts, monitors and reports on projects delivery progress, drives conversations on trade-offs of features, resources, and time, and resolution of issues, works with external teams to ensure milestones for dependent milestones remain on track
- Primary point of engagement with other project managers on projects that impact Patient solutions, works with patient teams to provide delivery milestones for other projects, monitors and reports on projects delivery progress, drives conversations on trade-offs of features, resources, and time, and resolution of issues
- Primary focal point on Patient releases – coordination with release management, security, performance testing, and other teams as appropriate to ensure successful releases. Works with Product Owners to communicate releases to internal IT leaders and other teams
- Portfolio Level Oversight of Patient Product to Advise
- Release Planning Facilitation, provides Capacity Planning information and Velocity projections based on resources and history, helps drive what is reasonable for team delivery based on estimates and capacity, helps identify key dependencies and understand impact on releases
