Well-Known Real Estate and Private Family company is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team in a REMOTE capacity. In this role, your responsibilities will involve overseeing the recruitment/onboarding process and supporting the HR team. *Fluency in Spanish is REQUIRED
About the role
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish
- Manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure interviews remain on schedule, rescheduling when necessary
- Support all parties with ATS when necessary
- Enhance the Talent Acquisition process through excellent support
- Coordinate online background check completion
- Handle onboarding of new employees including distributing benefits, coordinating orientations, updating company phone lists, collecting paperwork, etc.
- Assist in payroll and prepare necessary HR reports and analytics
- Maintain up to date information in HR Information Systems
- Support with special projects as needed
About you
- 3-4 years of experience
- Fleuncy in Spanish required
- Work experience in a fast paced, hospitality company preferred
- Familiarity with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition concepts and processes
- Prior experience working with ATS, HRIS, and social media recruiting platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
