Main Duties:
- • File and organize personnel documents
- • Support new hire orientation
- o Collect documents for I9
- o Assign employee ID numbers
- o Copy handouts for policies, call off procedure, etc.
- o Distribute locks for lockers
- o Create badges for new employees
- • Proctor pre-employment testing
- • Schedule new hire round tables
- • Coordinate/communicate announcements and events
- • Taking notes during meetings
- • Create monthly displays for plant initiatives
- • Coordinate and assist in the production interview process
- • Other duties as assigned
Typical Day:
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel.
- SAP experience a plus
- HR experience or experience in a similar role is required
Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?)
- HR experience or experience in a similar role is required (1 year or more). Also open to students studying human resources or related field.
