Day-to-Day:
An enterprise insurance employer is looking for a group of Teleservice Representatives to join their Policy Owner Services group
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting with any questions or concerns as it relates to their various products, policy benefits, claim payments, and policy changes.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department as it relates to the customer’s needs.
- Updating customer addresses and applying payments to their accounts.
Training:
- The first 4-8 weeks of training are in a classroom setting where they will be completing course work on this company’s various products, collaborating with trainers and other class members, and doing live phone training with customers.
- The first product they will learn is life insurance and the various internal systems they use to document activity.
- Second level of training is for dental and hospital indemnity products.
- Third level is Medicare supplement training.
