Position Scope:
- Track and manage inventory levels using ERP system while maintaining up-to-date records.
- Allocate new products by SKU.
- Handle UPS data order processing.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to perform thorough quality control checks on ready-to-ship orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse leads to ensure accurate item selection for LTL shipment data processing.
- Create Bills of Lading for all freight loads.
- Conduct quality control checks using WMS and scanners for pick/pack orders.
- Provide quotes and estimates on shipping costs using various types of equipment, factoring in ROI.
- Track pending sales and review the backorder log sheet.
- Handle emails and phone calls related to shipping and inventory concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
