Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible receptionist to join our team. This unique position will require you to manage the front desk for two different companies located in the same office: a real estate brokerage and an insurance agency.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients for appointment reminders, policy renewals, or other follow-ups.
- Greet walk-in clients warmly and direct them accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
