Objectives and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing candidates across all company departments
- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on job boards, the company website, and other relevant outlets
- Effectively promote Guerra’s brand and culture to attract top talent
- Manage recruitment budget within different platforms
- Automate and streamline ATS and processes
- Build a strong candidate pipeline by utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, employee referral programs, etc.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and 1st interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate remaining hiring process through collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings and talent needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices
- Track and report on recruitment metrics using this data to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process
Experience and Competencies – For success in this role
- 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role (or adjacent position) within the wealth management or financial services industry
- Strong phone presence
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with candidates
- Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
- Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processes
