The Account Executive is a critical role at Buckhead Recruiting Company, responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business relationships and managing existing client accounts. This dynamic and results-oriented individual will excel at building rapport, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Candidate Placement: Screen, and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a strong match for both parties.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, effectively closing deals and maximizing revenue.
- Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further business growth.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
