Our global client, a Jewish non-profit with a mission to make a difference in the lives of others locally and internationally, has an immediate need for a Manager, Direct Response and Digital Fundraising to join their growing team. This CRM Specialist will spearhead campaigns, handle the execution of automated workflows, create strategies that enhance the relationship between the non-profit and its donors, collect and analyze data and execute strategies for donor lead generation and nurturing through digital channels. In this role you will serve as the leader for a cross-departmental team, will possess strong analytic skills, be detail oriented, and work well both independently and in a collaborative environment. This position will be hybrid based out of their Miami office.
Responsibilities:
- Create CRM strategies that enhance the relationship between the foundation and its donors.
- Analyze donor journeys and looking to increase donations based on the received information.
- Collect and analyze customer/donor data.
- Use CRM systems to manage relationships.
- Drive CRM initiatives and oversee the execution of campaigns that aim to increase donations.
- Spearhead the development and execution of automated workflows with continuous assessment and management.
- Develop and execute strategies for donor lead generation and nurturing through digital channels.
- Recommend strategy improvements.
- Build workflows to manage relationships.
- Coordinate Federation professional engagement in Community Campaigns and other targeted efforts that leverage existing Federation professional relationships and audiences.
- Support and coordinate for Federation events and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CRM experience (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or Salesforce or DonorPerfect, Keela etc) in database management/CRM systems such as Blackbaud, Salesforce or similar.
- Experienced in collecting and analyzing data.
- Experienced developing and executing CRM strategies, queries, and campaigns.
- Proven ability in creating strategies to cultivate sales, prospects, engagement, and channel greater charitable support.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a leader and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams). Excellent Excel skills, including the ability to filter, sort, clean and extract data.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
