Sales Manager | Luxury Italian Kitchen Manufacturer

We have an exciting opportunity for our client’s progressive, flexible, and inclusive company as a Sales Manager for their high-end Italian kitchen showroom in Miami.
We're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to oversee day-to-day sales activities, manage the showroom, and drive sales growth. If you're a go-getter with a knack for multi-tasking, problem-solving, and closing deals, we want you to help our client create stunning, cost-effective design solutions for our discerning clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience in design and luxury products, in interior design or related fields
- Experience presenting design proposals and negotiating project details with clients, designers, architects
- Experience using AutoCAD is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to create cost-effective design solutions
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process
- Experience managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Knowledge of construction and manufacturing standards with connection to design
- Proven track record of ability to excel in attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and the development of new prospects
- Strong attention to detail skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages a plus
- Must demonstrate good judgement and discretion when exposed to confidential information
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary + Commission Structure + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits
- Annual salary is based on experience
