Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 8 years experience in events, with at least 4 year experience managing your own events
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Capable of owning large scale projects ($15M+)
- Capable of driving brainstorms, internal and external meetings
- Excellent writing skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Can managing project teams consisting of 50+ people
- Internal and external resources
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Adept at problem solving and resolving conflicts
- Results oriented with a team-first attitude
- Oversee a Client Silo and foster strong client relationships
- Must be organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and should be flexible with change and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft & Google Suites
- Must be able to travel up to 50% dependent on the season and as business requires
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
- Capable of managing full time employees (Coordinator, Manager or Sr. Manager)
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment for all departments (Creative, Innovation, Accounts, Production)
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Ensure agenda’s and decks are prepared for all client calls 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
- Lead IMT and Client kick-off meetings with team captains to identify what resources are required to execute the scope of the project.
- Support in building out all required documents to project manage: Workback schedule, Staffing grid, Deck templates - formatting and flow of what's required for the project
- Drive team deadlines
- Keeping all teams accountable for their deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Delegate to team members to ensure project success
- Budget Oversight & support: Routing budget for signature when ready for approval, Ensuring all costs in the budget are approved by client, Working alongside lead producer, Support during the close out of the project to ensure all back-up is in dropbox, expenses are in, and the client has approved the final invoice.
Deck Management
- Ensure all decks are updated in a timely manner and ready to share with clients as needed.
- Support in building out any needed slides that are not creative design
- Export decks to share with client alongside recap notes
- Examples of project decks: Pitch Deck, Creative Deck, Consumer Journey, Recap Deck - Account Manager owned deck, Creative to support in design, Sizzle Storyboard
Capable of fully owning large scale projects (Included but not limited to the below)

Account Management

- Identifying areas for organic growth within accounts
- Understand revenue and reporting for company goals
Employee Management
- Weekly Touch Base with each direct reports (Some employees may need more than 1/week)
- Employee reviews & goal setting
- Career management and training
- Mentorship and Guidance
- Making sure employees are following company policies and procedures
- Provide unbiased, constructive feedback for employee growth
