The Encino office of Landegger Verano & Davis seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in employment law. We exclusively represent employers in all phases of Labor and Employment Law.

Ideal candidate will handle cases on behalf of employer clients in employment law claims under general supervision.
· Experience in all phases of civil litigation
· Employment Law, Wage and Hour or Class Action experience
· Strong writing and researching skills
· Experience in mediation and negotiation with a confident and measured approach to conflict resolution
· Strong working knowledge of Excel
· Strong relationship-building skills
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
