Job Description:
- Support quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline forecasting and goal creation with Sales Leadership and Finance
- MSO (Mutli-Year Strategic Outlook) support
- Quota setting and working with comp team to align plans and quotas at individual level and support any queries.
- Partner with Sales Ops Support to simplify operations and drive consistency and efficiencies in the Sales process
- Support on QBR/MBR preparation for various internal updates.
- Signed Not Live and Deal Performance tracking, reporting & driving revenue acceleration through aligning resolution plans with Sales & other functions.
- Sales planning and territory management
- Ad-hoc projects including analysis for revenue driving, sales enablement, and business insights initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 7-10 years of work experience, including significant experience in financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.
- Minimum bachelor's degree with focus in Business/Finance or related business field.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM (MS Dynamics), MS Excel/Power Point and Tableau
- Solid understanding of the electronic payments industry, its products, services and technologies would be beneficial but not a necessity.
- Interest and intellectual curiosity regarding the global financial system, as well as FinTech and business models
- Bilingual - Spanish, Portuguese and English.
