Experience of the Right Candidate:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 as a Technical Business System Analyst or Subject Matter Expert.
- Strong technical knowledge of Sales and Marketing modules within CRM technologies, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com, including migrating Sales users and data to Dynamics Sales Hub.
- Familiarity with third-party sales applications such as Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
- Solid background in Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Partner with Product Managers and business teams to understand current Sales processes and define future state solutions in Dynamics 365.
- Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications for Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee data migration efforts, including field analysis, source-to-target data mapping, and reuse of existing data within Dynamics.
- Drive and facilitate Sprint grooming and process improvement sessions with Engineering and Product Managers.
- Communicate and align with stakeholders on Sprint status, requirement roadmaps, and project progress.
- Conduct QA testing and validation, providing feedback to Engineering teams and collaborating on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support release planning, production cutover, and post-go-live activities, addressing technical issues and driving solutions during Hyper Care.
