Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology compare
- Previous success in a role with heavy outbound metrics, quota, cold calling, etc (Inside Sales Experience, SDR Experience, or Tech Recruiting experience)
- Experience selling to and influencing software users, mid-level managers, and C-level executives
- Track record of qualifying and closing software transactions
- Willing to go onsite to downtown Raleigh 4+ days a week

Job Description
A large data analytics company is looking to grow their Inside Sales team in Downtown Raleigh. The team is looking for an Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to drive prospecting, qualifying and closing to establish their data analytics platform as customers preferred platform. This team will be focused on CST and EST regions. This is a brand-new sales team being built from the ground up, so it is essential for Inside Sales Reps to be hungry for new business hunting and ready for heavy outbound cold calling. You will be working with the sales leadership team to help create territory, account, and deal strategies with your colleagues to uncover and ultimately close a high volume of new revenue opportunities. This opportunity is paying a base salary + commission with a targeted OTE of 100-120K (uncapped commission). This position will be highly interactive and will take place in a collaborative, fast paced, and exciting office environment onsite 4+ days a week in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.
