Agile Technical Coach | Hybrid | Dallas, TX
As a SAFe Agile Technical Coach, you will be instrumental in guiding teams and organizations through the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Your role will involve close collaboration with technical teams, product managers, and leadership to refine Agile methodologies, support the deployment of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and drive continuous improvement in software delivery through technical excellence.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience coaching Agile teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile engineering practices, and DevOps principles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and technical coaching of software engineers
- Experience in software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with JIRA, VersionOne, Jenkins, Git, etc.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) preferred
