The Opportunity: As a B2B Sales Account Executive at ISPN, your mission extends beyond just selling a service. You are the architect of enduring partnerships and will craft bespoke solutions that drive BSPs towards new horizons of success. In this dynamic role, you'll be actively prospecting and securing new
customers, laying the foundation for long-lasting business relationships. But your journey with each partner doesn't end there. You are also tasked with nurturing these relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and catalyzing their growth. Your strategic approach in both acquiring new clients and expanding their potential with us is crucial in steering our partners towards a trajectory of sustained success and satisfaction. Your role is pivotal, not only in bringing new business to our doors but also in ensuring that these relationships flourish over time.
Your impact:
- Strategically develop and execute cutting-edge sales plans to prospect new leads, onboard new business, navigating through the complexities of a competitive B2B landscape.
- Master the art of crafting tailored prospect outreach, scaling your efforts to build a robust pipeline.
- Own the sales cycle, from the initial spark of prospecting to the triumph of deal closure.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and an extension of their team.
- Unravel and address customer needs, ensuring our solutions align seamlessly with their objectives.
- Amplify value for existing customers through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Lead transformative Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for premier accounts, showcasing insights and fostering growth.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, always aiming to optimize profitability while honoring the value we deliver.
- Collaborate internally to unearth and nurture opportunities, driving territorial growth.
- Remain a step ahead of industry trends and competitor movements, ensuring ISPN's continued leadership.
