The Assistant Program Director is responsible for overseeing daily center activities at the directon of the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with daily administrative activities.
- Work with participants daily and ensure quality of care.
- Handle participant and/or family issues throughout the day.
- Plan and implement creative center activities.
- Manage designated paperwork.
- Organize center outings and activities.
- Organize and facilitate center-based events and conferences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a similar environment
- College Degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be professional and able to work independently
- RN, LPN, CNA, PCA, or MA certification preferred.
