Commercial Lines Account Manager/Senior or Executive
Monday through Thursday in office/ Work from home on Fridays.
Salary 75-125K Depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our commercial lines accounts. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our insurance products. You will work closely with producers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, providing expert guidance and support.
- Renewal Process: Manage the renewal process for commercial lines accounts, including negotiating with carriers and preparing proposals.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to meet clients’ evolving needs.
- Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policies, and other relevant information in the agency management system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers, underwriters, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related field.
- Licensing: Active insurance license in [Insert State/Region].
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and risk management principles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technology: Proficient in using agency management systems and other relevant software.
- Certifications: Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM are a plus.
