We are a dynamic and rapidly growing cosmetics company based in Charleston, focused on delivering exceptional products to our customers. As we expand our online presence, we're seeking a talented and motivated eCommerce Manager to join our team.
The eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth through strategic planning and execution of eCommerce campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual with a strong background in eCommerce, in particular Shopify Plus and DTC. As our eCommerce Manager, you will eventually have the opportunity to manage and shape the brand's voice and visual identity across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and performance analysis of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor and manage a content creator to produce compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital with a focus on eCommerce and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify & Shopify Plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team member is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
