Objectives of this Role
- Build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline for open positions
- Provide personalized outbound messaging to prospective candidates
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Grow your network to attract passive talent to open positions
- Qualify candidates for potential roles and opportunities
- Send personalized outbound messages to prospective talent
- Curate a positive candidate experience
- Conduct initial candidate pre screens

- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Highly competitive
- Ability to work independently / Self-Motivated
