Sales Manager
PGF Technology Group is an electronic manufacturing service provider of Printed Circuit Board Assembly, cable, harness assembly, box build, panel enclosures. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The Sales Manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Business Development of identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
Knowledge/Education
- Minimum of 2+ years managing in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Electronic Manufacturing services such as PCBA, Cable, Wire Harness, Box Build, and Panel & Enclosure.
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP is a plus

Experience
- Two to three years of experience as sales manager
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in customer relationship management.
