Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
● 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager and Environment Manager
working in a scalable environment with 4+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning
development, ideally as part of a Lightning migration along with hands-on experience
with Salesforce sales cloud and/or service cloud.
● Extensive knowledge of Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment
processes.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
● Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce
Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II (PD 2), Sales Cloud, and Service
Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
● Lightning Web Components built to scale previously.
● Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Deep understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices for data privacy and compliance
