We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at Expertly, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
● Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients within target industries using various tools and resources.
● Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in Expertly’s AI solutions. Emphasis should be around cold calls.
● Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and set up meetings for the sales team.
● Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of Expertly’s AI solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
● Problem Statement Application: Apply common problem statements and development of use cases to deliver a strong value proposition to targeted prospects.
● Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline growth.
● CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all prospect interactions and information in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, sales development, customer success, or a related field is preferred, but not required. A college degree with no experience and the right attitude is also welcome.
● Education: A college degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related discipline is highly preferred.
● Artificial Intelligence Background: Demonstrated interest or background in Artificial Intelligence through classes, club participation, projects, or work experience.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
● Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
● Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and other sales tools.

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) range from $65,000 to $80,000 consists of a base salary of approximately $50,000, plus $15,000 to $30,000 in expected commissions when achieving OTE performance.
